If an advantageous settlement is reached, based upon the parameters entered by each party, this will result in an “Automatic Settlement” without the need for any further involvement other than exchanging the necessary settlement paperwork that is required in your jurisdiction.
• Manual Settlement Resolution. If settlement cannot be achieved based upon the parameters entered by each side, then a notice will be sent to each side that — if they mutually agree — they can both share the most relevant number with the other party and use the system to negotiate a mutually satisfactory settlement.
